Kali ini kang Eko mencoba untuk sharing pengalaman tentang Cara Servis Printer HP 3535, 3420, 3920, D1360, 2466 Catridge Head Bergerak Kekanan Secara Keras. Mau tau caranya ....?

OK langsung saja yaa... berikut indikasi permasalahannya ....:

1. Head Catrid bergerak cepat dan keras sampai kadang terdengar seperti nabrak-nabrak casing printer. "glodak ,,, glodak ,....glodak ...."

2. Head Catrid tidak mau bergerak hanya ditengah saja atau kadang hanya dipinggir kanan saja.

3. Head catrid bolak balik ke kanan ke kiri dengan suara keras tapi nggak mau ngeprint.

Jika anda mengalami salah satu kejadian di atas, yang harus anda lakukan adalah :

1. buka printer HP anda ...

2. bersihkan bar encodernya dan encoder sebelah kiri yang berbentuk lingkaran ( kadang ada yg menyebut timing disk

3. bersihkan dengan lembut jangan sampai tulisan / baris kodenya hilang.

4. Selesai ...





Encoder adalah penerjemah program ke gerakan motor printer, jadi kalau kotor atau ketutup cipratan tinta atau kena minyak, biasanya akan menyebabkan printer seperti kondisi diatas.

Kang, Monior saya LG 505G kenapa ya kok begaris-garis??? permasalahanya ada dimana ya??? Tolong dibantu ato kurang jelas nanti saya upload Gambarnya....

Cara Service Monior LG 505G bergaris-garis horisontal






Monitor LG memang sering banget terjadi kerusakan muncul garis-garis horisontal, kadang nggak muncul kadang nggak. Kerusakan seperti ini tidak hanya terjadi di monitor LG tapi juga terjadi di monitor GTC, Samsung, dll.

Kerusakan monitor muncul garis-garis horisontal atau bahkan kadang layar hanya menampilkan satu garis putih horisontal di tengah layar saja, penyebabnya adalah di bagian blok vertikalnya terutama IC Vertikalnya.



Biasanya terjadi keretakan solderan di IC vertikal ini karena panas. Jadi solder ulang aja biasanya sudah menyelesaikan masalah.

Tapi kalau sudah disolder ulang kok tetep sama, maka coba cek ELCO di jalur vertikal biasanya melembung / kadang nggak melembung tapi rusak.

Dan kalau semuanya sudah dilakukan kok tetep sama, berarti kerusakan ada di IC vertikalnya.

* Printer jarang di pakai / jarang di gunakan.

* Sering berganti ganti jenis dan merk tinta.
* Terlambat untuk mengisi ulang tinta, sehingga terjadi overheat / kepanasan.

Secara technical atau detailnya kita bisa ambil contoh merk epson,
Printer epson mempunyai resolusi printing yang tinggi , satuan resolusi ini di sebut DPI ( dot per inch ), artinya head printer epson di design sedemikian rupa sehingga nozzle pada head lebih kecil daripada head printer merk lain.
Ukuran lubang pada nozzle ini jauh lebih kecil dari pada diameter rambut manusia, bisa di bayangkan, berapakah diameter nozzle ini ?

Sedemikian kecilnya, maka kemungkinan head ini bisa buntu besar sekali.

Cara Merawat Printer

Ada pepatah mengatakan "Lebih baik mencegah dari pada memperbaiki !!"
Pepatah ini sangat perlu di lakukan, karena apabila head printer anda rusak , maka biaya untuk memperbaiki printer, hampir sama dengan anda membeli printer baru.
Jadi untuk itu kita harus bisa merawat printer kita dengan benar, Merawat printer ternyata caranya mudah sekali, hanya di butuhkan beberapa menit tiap minggu nya, maka printer anda akan terhindar dari masalah-masalah kerusakan printer.

Untuk menghindari dari kerusakan kerusakan printer :

1. Pakai Printer secara teratur dan berkala

Permasalahan yang paling sering kita hadapi adalah kwalitas cetak yang buruk, ada garis putih yang melintang , warna yang hilang atau tinta tidak keluar sama sekali.
Dengan pemakaian Printer yang teratur, maka kita tetap menjaga agar tinta mengalir dan membasahi permukaan nozzle.
Apabila kita jarang memakai printer, usahakan minimal tiap 1 minggu sekali kita melakukan test print.
Dengan demikian dapat mencegah agar tinta tidak kering pada permukaan nozzle.
Jika anda tidak melakukan ini, maka head printer anda akan lebih cepat buntu, dan ini berlaku untuk semua merk inkjet printer.

Tips : Anda bisa letakkan catatan kecil di depan monitor anda untuk mengingatkan agar selalu melakukan pencetakan setiap minggu secara rutin, baik untuk warna hitam maupun warna yang lain.
misalnya : lakukan pencetakan halaman web yang kaya warna atau foto ukuran kecil yang kaya warna.
Cara ini lebih efisien dari pada anda melakukan head cleaning pada printer anda.


2. Mematikan (Shut Down) Printer secara benar

Jangan lupa untuk mematikan printer anda jika tidak di pakai, cara ini juga dapat menghindari ke-buntuan nozzle pada head anda.

Penting : matikan Printer dengan on/off button pada printer anda, jangan mematikan dengan cara mencabut kabel printer anda.
Karena bila anda mematikan dengan on/off button, akan mengaktifkan mekanik capping yang akan membantu untuk mencegah nozzle mengering.


3. Jangan menggunakan kertas yang kotor atau berdebu

Jika Anda mencetak dengan menggunakan kertas yang berdebu, maka mekanik penggerak kertas atau roller paper akan lebih cepat kotor.
Jika ini terjadi maka roller paper anda akan lebih cepat aus/rusak, efeknya adalah printer tidak dapat menarik kertas.
Bagaimana bila roller paper anda kotor ?
Anda dapat bersihkan dengan Dura klin, caranya : Teteskan Dura klin pada kertas HVS polos, kemudian print halaman kosong pada kertas tersebut, lakukan 4-5 kali, atau gunakan tombol tray pada printer, untuk menarik kertas keluar.

Penting : Jangan pakai Vacuum Cleaner untuk membersihkan printer, dapat mengakibatkan short/korsleting dan terbakar pada board di dalam printer.
Tips : Jika anda tinggal di tempat yang berdebu, pakailah cover printer agar printer anda lebih terhindar dari debu, cover dapat berupa plastik atau kain.

Cara Resetter Canon MP198 error E27

Sudah sering Kang Eko mendapatkan pertanyaan tentang cara reset MP198, dan baru kali ini kang Eko mendapatkan ilmunya. Mau tahu Cara reset MP198 error E27 ...?


Baik langsung saja ya, karena kang Eko nggak mau berpanjang lebar dan tinggi ....

Cara Resetter Canon MP198 error E27

1. Printer dalam keadaan mati dan kabel listrik terpasang.
2. Tekan dan tahan STOP/RESET kemudian tekan dan tahan POWER.
3. Lepas tombol STOP/RESET (tombol POWER jangan dilepas)
4. Tekan STOP/RESET 2 (dua) kali, kemudian lepaskan tombol POWER
5. Biarkan Lampu Hijau blink / kelip2x sampai head printer berhenti bergerak. Dan LED panel menunjukkan angka NOL.
6. Komputer akan mendeteksi hardware baru, abaikan saja.....
7. Keadaan ini menunjukkan printer MP198 dalam keadaan SERVICE MODE dan siap direset.

DOWNLOAD PROGRAM RESETTER MP198 di SINI.

1. Exctract File Resetter MP198.
2. Siapkan 2 kertas di printer (ini untuk print pada waktu proses reset)
3. Jalankan program Resetter MP198.


4. Klik "MAIN", maka printer akan berproses, kemudian MP198 akan print satu halaman dengan tulisan " D=000.0 dan ...."

5. Klik " EEPROM Clear ".

6. Kemudian klik " EEPROM ", dan printer akan print hasil Resetter MP198. Salah satu barisnya tulisannya sbb:
"TPAGE(TTL=00000 COPY=00000)"

7. Matikan Printer dengan menekan tombol POWER.

8. Selesai...

20R200 Sharp qbeat jenis MK II, dengan kerusakan PROTEK. Mereka bilang kerusakan disebabkan listrik tiba-tiba akan mati. setelah listriknya nyala Tv nya tidak bisa nyala lagi (nyala sesaat dan kemudian lampu berkedip).

TV Polytron Diva dengan kasus ada siaran.
Saya mengambil kesimpulan yang rusak di tuner. Tv Tuner jenis
PLL menggunakan 5 volt. setelah pengujian ternyata tegangan normal. B + 5 Volt
ada. AGC Ada juga 33 volt. Aku segera mengubah tuner baru.
setelah itu saya program kembali .... eh ternyata tetap seperti
biasa. Tidak ada siaran yang bisa ditangkap.

Ini adalah parameter setting Tv Polytron diva. Untuk masuk ke menu layanan
tv posisi stanby - tekan menu diremote sampai tv menyala, masukkan - kode input -

with the size of the burned 0.1 ohms. This resistor as
fuse. The breakdown was caused by elco resistor which
been damaged so that the voltage overload.

5. Then I replace the damaged resistor with
size of 0.1 ohms. And try to turn my monitor, and
Monitor returned to the normal flame
